Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 cup cooked fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 pound bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
1. Season the diced chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool slightly.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked fettuccine pasta, Alfredo sauce, crumbled bacon, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
3. Roll a generous scoop of the chicken Alfredo mixture into a ball, about the size of a golf ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Roll each ball in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F. Fry the Wrath Bombs until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
6. Serve hot, drizzled with additional Alfredo sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
