Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rotini pasta (cooled)
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, chopped
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- ½ cup garlic croutons
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
- 2. Slice or shred the grilled chicken and season lightly.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, chicken, and romaine.
- 4. Drizzle Caesar dressing and lemon juice, then toss to coat evenly.
- 5. Add parmesan and crushed croutons.
- 6. Toss gently again and season as needed.
- 7. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
Notes
Add extras like cherry tomatoes or bacon.
Croutons and lettuce should be added just before serving.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
