Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 15 slices pepperoni
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Bread, chips, or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or cast iron skillet.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the sauce, then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese layer.
- Bake the Easy Pizza Dip for 25-30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and the cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with your choice of bread, chips, or crackers for dipping.
