The combination of juicy pork, fragrant garlic, and rich butter creates a flavor explosion that will have your family and guests raving.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless center-cut pork chops
 - 2 tablespoon olive oil
 - 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
 - 4 cloves fresh minced garlic
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions
1. Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they develop a golden-brown crust.
3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
4. Return the seared pork chops to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over the top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
5. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, pat the pork chops dry before seasoning to enhance caramelization. Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper cooking temperature.
