Instructions

2. Marinate Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine, and a pinch of black pepper. Let the chicken marinate for about 10 minutes.
3. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 cup chicken stock, and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Stir until well combined and set aside.
