Description

Get ready to experience the ultimate in cheesy, garlicky deliciousness with the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bomb! This irresistible dish combines ground beef, melted Parmesan, and a flaky biscuit dough shell, all coated in a mouthwatering garlic butter. Perfect for parties, game nights, or a quick and satisfying dinner, these cheeseburger bombs are guaranteed to be the star of the show.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 can (16 ounce) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s fully browned. Drain any excess grease, then season the beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and set the mixture aside to cool slightly.

2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Set this garlic butter aside.

3. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place some of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center. Fold and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.

4. Place each cheeseburger bomb seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.

5. Bake the cheeseburger bombs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they’re golden brown.

6. Brush the cheeseburger bombs with the remaining garlic butter after baking. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and serve them warm and irresistible!

Notes

The key to this recipe is using fresh, high-quality ingredients. If you can’t find refrigerated biscuit dough, you can substitute your favorite homemade biscuit recipe. And for the cheese, feel free to experiment with different varieties or a blend of your favorites.
