Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
4. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the mayonnaise mixture for even coverage.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
