Description

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or coat it with nonstick spray.
  2. Arrange the peeled and deveined shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle the shrimp with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Gently toss to coat.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the shrimp for 6 to 8 minutes, or until they turn pink and firm.
