- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or coat it with nonstick spray.
- Arrange the peeled and deveined shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle the shrimp with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Gently toss to coat.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the shrimp for 6 to 8 minutes, or until they turn pink and firm.
- Immediately after removing from the oven, drizzle the shrimp with fresh lemon juice and gently toss to coat.
- Transfer the Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot.
