Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounce fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the shrimp, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine, sautéed shrimp, heavy cream, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined and the sauce coats the pasta evenly.

- Let cool slightly, garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
