Description
Golden Crust Garlic Rosemary Focaccia Muffins are a delightful twist on traditional focaccia bread, featuring a crisp golden exterior and a soft, fluffy interior.
Ingredients
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Mix the flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add the warm water and olive oil, then stir until a sticky dough forms.
2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 6-8 minutes until soft and elastic.
3. Place the kneaded dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil. Punch down the dough, divide into 12 pieces, and place one piece in each muffin cup.
5. Mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the dough balls.
6. Cover the muffin tin and let the dough rise for another 20 minutes.
7. Preheat your oven to 375°F and bake the muffins for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
