Delicious Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps: A Flavorful Twist on a Classic
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
Instructions
1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Allow the shrimp to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until they’re pink and opaque.
3. Remove the grilled shrimp from the heat and set aside.
4. Lightly warm the tortillas on the grill for 10-15 seconds per side to make them more pliable.
5. On each tortilla, layer the chopped romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, shaved Parmesan, croutons, crumbled bacon (if using), and a drizzle of Caesar dressing.
6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
7. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
These wraps can last in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, but it’s recommended to enjoy them within 1-2 days of assembly.
