- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup basmati or long-grain white rice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Place them in a 9×13 inch casserole dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed rosemary. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Bake the sweet potatoes uncovered for 30 minutes, allowing them to develop a delightful caramelized exterior.
- While the potatoes are roasting, brown the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once browned, add the diced onion and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until softened.
