Description

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 cup apple cider

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper, then place them in a greased baking dish.

3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, chopped fresh rosemary, salted butter, and apple cider. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring occasionally, until the butter is fully melted and the ingredients are well combined.

4. Spoon half of the sauce over the pork chops. Flip the chops and spoon the remaining sauce over the other side.

5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the pork is tender and cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F).

6. Remove the pork chops from the oven and serve warm, drizzling the pan sauce over the top.
