Description

High-Protein Cottage Cheese Veggie Bake is a nutrient-dense dish that delivers a substantial amount of protein, along with essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber from vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cup frozen mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
