Ingredients

8 ounces of rice noodles

1 pound of flank steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup of snap peas

3 green onions, chopped

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated

1/4 cup of hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of sesame oil

1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook Noodles:
Boil rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. -
Sear the Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the thinly sliced flank steak, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned.
Remove from skillet and set aside. -
Stir-Fry the Veggies:
In the same skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil.
Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds. Add bell pepper and snap peas and stir-fry until tender-crisp. -
Add the Sauce:
Return the beef to the skillet. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes if using.
Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce. -
Combine with Noodles:
Add the cooked rice noodles and green onions to the skillet.
Toss everything together until heated through and combined. -
Serve:
