Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice and zest, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the cubed chicken and toss to coat. Cover and marinate the chicken in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and sear it undisturbed for 2-3 minutes. Stir and continue cooking for 6-8 minutes more, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
