Description

Honey Mustard Pork Chops are a delightfully flavorful and easy-to-make weeknight dinner that the whole family will love. The sweet and tangy marinade infuses the pork chops with incredible depth of flavor, while the quick cooking method ensures juicy, tender results every time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

Instructions

1. To make the marinade, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme (if using) in a bowl until well combined. Place the pork chops in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the chops are fully coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

2. For grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork chops and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.

3. For baking, preheat your oven to 375°F. Place the marinated pork chops on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

4. For pan-searing, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side. Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Notes

Honey Mustard Pork Chops pair beautifully with roasted or mashed potatoes, steamed or sautéed vegetables, a fresh green salad, or creamy mashed cauliflower. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
