Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard

- 1 tsp dried thyme (optional)
Instructions
1. Whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl until well combined.
2. Place the pork chops in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the chops are fully coated.
3. Let the pork chops marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (for grilling method).
5. Cook the marinated pork chops for 4-6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
6. For baking method, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
7. For pan-searing, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, then pour the remaining marinade into the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently before serving.
