Ingredients
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes or ½ tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Pop your kernels and place popcorn in a large bowl.
2. In a saucepan, combine honey, chili, and vinegar. Heat gently.
