This natural Mounjaro drink blends apple cider vinegar, ginger, lemon, and cinnamon to support blood sugar and appetite naturally.


Ingredients

1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

1 cup filtered water (warm or cold)


Instructions
