Ingredients
Fresh ginger (1 thumb-sized piece, sliced)
Yuzu or lemon juice (2 tbsp)
Pink Himalayan salt (1/4 tsp)
Raw honey or monk fruit sweetener (1 tsp)
Filtered water (2 cups)
Ice (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil sliced ginger in 2 cups water for 10 minutes
2. Strain and cool the ginger tea
3. Stir in citrus juice and pink salt
4. Add sweetener to taste and mix well
5. Serve chilled over ice or store in fridge

Use lemon if yuzu isn’t available
Adjust salt to taste
