Ingredients
1 tablespoon dried lemon balm (or 2 tablespoons fresh)
1 ½ cups hot water (190°F)
Optional: 1 slice fresh ginger or mint leaves
Optional: squeeze of lemon or dash of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Place lemon balm into a tea strainer or directly into your cup.
2. Pour hot water over the lemon balm.
3. Cover and let steep for 7–10 minutes.
4. Strain if needed, and enjoy warm or chilled.
