Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease, stir in ketchup and mustard, and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Add the cooked beef mixture and stir until well-incorporated.
3. Lay out each flour tortilla and scoop the mac and cheese beef mixture onto the center. Roll up the tortilla like a burrito, tucking in the sides. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the tops with melted butter.
5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and slightly crispy. Serve warm.

These rolls can be assembled ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days before baking.
