Description

Maple Dijon Glazed Pork Tenderloin is a simple yet elegant dish showcasing the natural sweetness of maple syrup balanced by the tanginess of Dijon mustard.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 pound fresh green beans, tips trimmed
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish or rimmed baking sheet.

2. In a small bowl, combine garlic salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this seasoning blend all over the pork tenderloins.

3. In another bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, soy sauce, brown sugar, and maple syrup until well combined.

4. Place the seasoned pork tenderloins in the prepared baking dish and pour the glaze over the top, using a basting brush to coat the pork evenly. Scatter the chopped onion and trimmed green beans around the pork.

5. Roast the Maple Dijon Glazed Pork Tenderloin in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, basting the pork with the pan juices every 10 minutes. The internal temperature of the pork should reach 145°F when measured with a digital meat thermometer.

6. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for about 10-15 minutes or in a skillet over medium heat with a bit of water or broth.
