Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast
- 2 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the yogurt sauce by combining Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
2. In a large bowl, toss together cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, dill, and feta cheese until evenly mixed.
3. Lay out each whole wheat wrap and spread yogurt sauce in the center. Scoop chicken and vegetable mixture onto the wrap.
4. Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Optionally toast in a skillet for extra crunch.
