Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.

3. Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 4-inch squares.

4. Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each dough square. Top it with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and a few crumbles of crispy bacon.

5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch the seams to seal.

6. Arrange the filled pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

These pizza bombs are best served with ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or green onions for added flavor.
