Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish.

2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and seasoning salt, and cook until the mushrooms are tender and any liquid has mostly evaporated.

3. Stir the whipping cream, dried parsley, and black pepper into the sautéed mushrooms. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the mixture has slightly thickened.

4. Carefully pour the creamy mushroom mixture into the prepared baking dish.

5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the mushroom mixture.

6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Remove the Mushroom Mozzarella Bake from the oven and serve it hot.
