Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
8 oz warm or room temperature water
Instructions
1. Add apple cider vinegar to glass.
2. Squeeze in lemon juice.
3. Stir in ginger and cayenne.
4. Add water and mix well.
Notes
Drink first thing in the morning or 20 minutes before meals.
Reduce cayenne to a pinch if sensitive.
Optional: Add mint, turmeric, or raw honey.
