Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 cup baby gold potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and half of the ranch seasoning mix. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden-brown. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add baby gold potatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned.
3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Whisk in remaining ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Nestle seared pork chops back into the skillet with potatoes and sauce. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes until pork is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
