Description

One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa and Veggies is a flavor-packed, easy-to-make dinner that combines tender kielbasa sausage, roasted veggies, and a mouthwatering honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
  • 4 small Yukon gold potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 small red onion, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil (for sauce)
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano. Set aside 1-2 tablespoon of the sauce for serving later.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil on the prepared sheet pan. Add the sweet potato and Yukon gold potatoes in a single layer. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the sliced kielbasa sausage on the sheet pan with the potatoes. Brush the kielbasa and potatoes generously with the honey garlic sauce, reserving the 1-2 tablespoon for later.
  5. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes begin to soften and the kielbasa starts to brown.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven and add the broccoli florets. Drizzle the broccoli with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the broccoli is vibrant green and tender-crisp.
  7. Take the pan out of the oven and brush or drizzle the reserved honey garlic sauce over everything. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, maintain the 400°F oven temperature for even cooking.

Cut veggies into similar-sized pieces for uniform cooking.

Adjust cooking time as needed based on your preferred texture for broccoli.

Be generous with the honey garlic sauce for maximum flavor.
