Description
One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa and Veggies is a flavor-packed, easy-to-make dinner that combines tender kielbasa sausage, roasted veggies, and a mouthwatering honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
- 4 small Yukon gold potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 small red onion, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1–2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil (for sauce)
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano. Set aside 1-2 tablespoon of the sauce for serving later.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil on the prepared sheet pan. Add the sweet potato and Yukon gold potatoes in a single layer. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the sliced kielbasa sausage on the sheet pan with the potatoes. Brush the kielbasa and potatoes generously with the honey garlic sauce, reserving the 1-2 tablespoon for later.
- Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes begin to soften and the kielbasa starts to brown.
- Remove the pan from the oven and add the broccoli florets. Drizzle the broccoli with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the broccoli is vibrant green and tender-crisp.
- Take the pan out of the oven and brush or drizzle the reserved honey garlic sauce over everything. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, maintain the 400°F oven temperature for even cooking.
Cut veggies into similar-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
Adjust cooking time as needed based on your preferred texture for broccoli.
