Instructions

3. Add the orzo pasta and paprika to the skillet, stirring to coat the orzo in the oil and vegetables. Pour in the chicken broth, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook the orzo, stirring occasionally, until it’s tender and the liquid is mostly absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.

4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir everything together well. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning as needed.
