Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Slice the cabbage into 3/4-inch thick rounds.
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
4. Brush the mixture on both sides of the cabbage slices.
5. Place the cabbage on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
6. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are browned and crispy.
