Description

Oven Roasted Garlic Cabbage Steaks are tender, caramelized cabbage slices seasoned with garlic, paprika, and herbs, creating a delightful side dish or meatless main.


Ingredients

  • 1 large cabbage
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Slice the cabbage into 3/4-inch thick rounds.
