- 3 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2–3 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/8 – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and all-purpose chicken seasoning. Cook them in a skillet over medium heat until done, then remove and shred them if using whole tenders.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella or cheddar until the ingredients are well combined.
- Roll the biscuit dough into balls and flatten them. Place some of the chicken mixture inside each flattened biscuit, then fold the dough to enclose the filling, pinching the edges to seal them.
- Arrange the chicken bombs on a baking sheet and brush them with a mixture of melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
