Description
A culinary masterpiece that combines the irresistible flavors of a cheeseburger with the comforting, layered goodness of Italian lasagna.
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Begin by spreading a layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of the dish. Top with 4 lasagna noodles, then sprinkle with the crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat these layers, ending with a final layer of cheese on top.
3. Cover the prepared lasagna with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
4. For the perfect golden-brown, melty cheese topping, broil the lasagna for a minute or two at the end of the baking time, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
Notes
Leftover lasagna can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. For longer-term storage, you can freeze individual portions for up to 3 months.
