Ingredients
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
10 oz cold filtered water
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Few ice cubes
Fresh mint or cucumber slices (optional)
Instructions
1. Fill a glass with cold filtered water and ice cubes.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt.
3. Squeeze in juice from half a lemon.
4. Stir in apple cider vinegar, if using.
5. Add mint or cucumber slices for extra freshness.
6. Stir well and drink on an empty stomach.
