Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and onion powder until well combined.
2. Place the pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each chop is fully coated.
3. Marinate for 2 to 12 hours for optimal flavor and texture.
4. When ready to cook, remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the excess liquid.
5. Grill the pork chops over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or bake in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
6. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
