Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 2 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Prepare the bell peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds and membranes.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
3. Generously fill each bell pepper cavity with the chicken and cheese mixture. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil, sprinkle additional cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
These stuffed peppers can be prepared in advance and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking. They can also be frozen for later enjoyment.
