Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 ounce) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, drained Rotel, Bisquick, and garlic powder. Mix until well incorporated.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of water if the mixture is too dry.
Drain the Rotel thoroughly to avoid sogginess.
