Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork belly
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.

2. Score the fat of the pork belly in a crisscross pattern.

3. Rub the pork belly all over with kosher salt, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
