Deliciously Easy Sheet Pan Broccoli Tortellini Bake


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cheese tortellini
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, add the minced garlic, dried basil, salt, and pepper, then toss everything together until well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a large sheet pan in an even layer. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the tortellini is heated through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the bake. Return to the oven for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
