Deliciously Easy Sheet Pan Broccoli Tortellini Bake

- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, add the minced garlic, dried basil, salt, and pepper, then toss everything together until well coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a large sheet pan in an even layer. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the tortellini is heated through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the bake. Return to the oven for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish the hot, cheesy Sheet Pan Broccoli Tortellini Bake with fresh basil leaves, if desired. Serve and savor this delicious one-pan wonder!
