Description

Skillet Bang Bang Chicken Thighs is a deliciously spicy and creamy dinner that combines juicy chicken thighs with a sweet and spicy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken thighs and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and rice vinegar until smooth and creamy.

4. Slice the cooked chicken thighs into strips and return to the skillet. Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Heat through.

5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with fluffy white rice or steamed vegetables to soak up the sauce.
