Description

Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef with Potatoes is a hearty and delicious dish that combines tender beef stew meat, baby potatoes, and a mouthwatering garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pound beef stew meat
  • 2 cup baby potatoes
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add the beef stew meat and baby potatoes to the prepared slow cooker, layering them evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the onion soup mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the meat and potatoes. Add the minced garlic and stir gently.
  4. Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients, ensuring everything is covered. Place the butter pats on top.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally until the beef is fork-tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
