Description

Deliciously easy party appetizer made with kielbasa sausage, honey, and Dijon mustard, all simmered in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper until well combined.

2. Place the sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker and pour the honey mustard sauce over the top. Stir gently to ensure the sausage is evenly coated.

3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
