  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

1. Start by browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and transfer the beef to your slow cooker.
