Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon BBQ seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
2. Slice the smoked sausage into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
3. Wrap each sausage slice with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and BBQ seasoning until creamy.
5. Spoon the cheese filling into each bacon-wrapped sausage cup.
6. Smoke the assembled cup for 1.5-2 hours until the bacon is crispy and the filling is bubbly.
