Description

A delightful fusion of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors in bite-sized cheesecake treats topped with caramel.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped crispy bacon, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the cheesecake filling.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are moistened and the mixture resembles wet sand.
  4. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners in a muffin tin, creating a firm, even crust.
  5. Scoop the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust, smoothing the tops with a spoon or small offset spatula.
  6. Chill the cheesecake bites in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the filling is set and firm.
  7. Just before serving, drizzle the chilled cheesecake bites with the caramel sauce, allowing it to cascade down the sides for a visually stunning presentation.

Notes

The cheesecake bites can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
