Ingredients
- 1 pound of breakfast sausage (spicy or regular)
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 ounces) of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. First, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground breakfast sausage, drained Rotel diced tomatoes, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well-blended.
