- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 package puff pastry
Instructions
- Thaw the frozen chopped spinach and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
- In a bowl, combine the drained spinach with cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to package instructions and roll them out on a floured surface.
- Spread the spinach dip filling evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll up the puff pastry jelly-roll style and slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Arrange the pinwheels on the prepared sheets, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden-brown and puffed up.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
These pinwheels are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
