Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 package puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen chopped spinach and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
  2. In a bowl, combine the drained spinach with cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to package instructions and roll them out on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the spinach dip filling evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Roll up the puff pastry jelly-roll style and slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Arrange the pinwheels on the prepared sheets, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden-brown and puffed up.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
