  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Start by boiling the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water, then drain and set the pasta aside.
