Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pound boneless pork loin roast
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Trim any excess fat from the top of the pork loin. Coat all sides with Worcestershire sauce. Mix kosher salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, and black pepper in a small bowl and rub it onto the roast.
3. Place the seasoned pork loin, fat-side up, on a foil-lined sheet pan and roast at 425°F for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 375°F and continue roasting for approximately 40–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
5. Remove the roast from the oven and tent it loosely with foil. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes.
6. Slice the pork loin roast into 1/2-inch thick slices and serve with pan juices.
