Description

Ultimate Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is a mouthwatering fusion of classic cheeseburger flavors and the indulgent creaminess of Alfredo sauce, all wrapped up in perfectly cooked pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounce pasta (elbow, penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup diced dill pickles

Instructions

1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Let the beef brown for about 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked through. Drain any excess grease.

3. Sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to ensure the beef is evenly coated with the seasonings.

4. Reduce heat to low and pour in the Alfredo sauce. Stir until well combined and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella until melted.

6. Top with crumbled bacon and diced dill pickles. Optionally add chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce.

7. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

Optional toppings include chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
